Arthritis/Osteporosis Vertebrae Fractures

Osteoporosis can cause  vertebral fractures. This spinal fracture will typically be associated with a sudden onset of pain. The fracture can be brought on from anything causing a strain or jar of the back. This would include everyday activities such as bending or lifting. Some people with sever osteoporosis have suffered fractures from sneezing of coughing. A couple common examples would be: Picking up a heavy bag of dog food  or  slipping on some loose gravel.
